Is anyone using this filter or something like it?

I have the acrylic ordered and I am going to be building my own unit.
I was wondering what type of media is used on the inside of the tubing and how much water you run through it?

One problem with nitrate reactors is getting the slow flow

The trick in getting a good flow on a coiled denitrator is using two valves on the input and output barbs. That's how I set mines up and its been running like that for over 1.5 year now without any issues.
