I am currently debating how to manage battery backup for my office tank ... i may be going with no "power heads" for flow - simply my return pump and a closed loop (in case i go with an anemone only tank - possible) .... in that case, i need a back up system that i can power my return pump
here is the pump i am going to use for return pump ...

I chose this pump b/c it uses only 30 watts, and, i am hoping i can find a battery backup system that will power this for 12-24 hours as the tank will be at my work and i don't want to have to worry about power outages when traveling ... I also plan on incorporating an air pump with an air stone near the return line for additional oxygen, but, if i can keep the water moving through the tank, i would imagine i will be fine until i can get a generator on line.
here is one back up system i am looking at ... thoughts??

i would couple this with 1-2 deep marine batteries - thoughts?? using a 12V 75AH battery
