I found another post of a customer with same problem instructing them to contact customer support. I have emailed customer support. Thanks...looking forward to EcoTechs reply.
I received a couple of PMs asking what the problem is....so... a quick explanation. The power supply to my new EcoTech backup is LED flashing red/green when plugged into the backup unit and no voltage is output to the Vortechs. Unplug the power supply and the LED indicator stays green and is putting out 14 volts. Possible internal problem with the backup unit.
Received an email from EcoTech in less than 12 hours asking me to call customer support. A short conversation and a new unit is shipping to me. Thanks Ecotech. Sure beats Chinese stuff!
