Battery for RODI

Hi,
I bought a used "air water ice" typhoon 3 RODI unit, that is missing the battery for the TDS meter.
What type of battery does it take? I see its one of those "nickel" shaped batteries, but when I went to CVS, there are many of those shaped batteries.
What is the # code? What type?

Did you try googling the model number. That would by only suggestion.

Take the battery to radio shack and they'll hook you up with the right one. That's pretty much all I use them for is those round, flat batteries.

Most of them have numbers and letters on them. You just match the code on the battery. Just ask for help at the store if u can't find it. Each brand uses it's own code.

Folks...the OP doesn't have the old battery to compare, so that's not going to work for them.

If so... Power source: 2 x 1.5 V button cell batteries (LR44 or equivalent)

Call the place that makes the TDS meter then I would say or someone that sells it.
