Battery Instructions??

I just got my new pump,controller, abd battery back. WOW looks awesome. I am putting it together and noticed no instructions on the battery.

Do I plug it into the "out" port to charge before hand?
Why is there 2 out holes??
Need some help...thanks.

Can you over charge to battery?
Does it constantly charge while plugged in to the wave drvier??
