I am a mustang nut! The car is actually a 65, which is identical in appearance to the 64 1/2... a lot mustang gurus argue that there is really no such thing as a 64 1/2 because only some of them differ by things as marginal as alternator and horn types.

I saved up working at a grocery store in high school and bought this off an original owner in san bernardino, ca. I (and my dad!) put a ton of time into the car to get it where it is today.

Well, off by 6 months, but what do you say? haha

It looks great! And I know a lot of Mustang people fight over that 64 1/2-65 thing. I think its funny, so I always mess with people about it. I love old cars, period, but I have always been in love with old Mustangs and 68 Camaros, my dad had one. If I had the money thats what I'd get. Only his was an obnoxious gold color, mine would be black.

I'm not dissing them at all. I'm a Native Palm Beacher, born & raised...lived here my whole life (I'm stuck here.) I just know what the people are like around here, most are decent enough. Some are stuck so far up their tush its ridiculous.

That, and I just dont see the fun in sitting on the beach doing nothing except catching skin cancer. Whats the point? Haha.

Thats a nice car. Ya, I actually would have preferred a Camaro to a Mustang, but there was simply no way I could have afforded it. The 64/65 thing doesn't matter... its funny how people at the "extreme" end of a hobby will argue about petty things... that never happens in reef keeping, does it?

Having a reef tank doesn't have to be overly dorky. I think I get by just fine. Although... most every girl who see's my tank seems to think the shrimp are disgusting. Except for my bio friends of course


I don't suppose a picture of my Audi belongs on this thread... the engineering may be just a little too precise.

If I tried that, someone would be in the hospital and I'd probably be in jail! I get retarded when I have my nails done, which thankfully has only been once in the last 4 years!

By no means was I trying to be bigger than anyone. For Pete's sake I'm 5'1 105 lbs, I ain't bigger than anyone!

That's beautiful! I would love to visit Canada one day. I love the snow too, I just couldnt live in it. I love being able to take the boat out on the weekends or drive down to the Keys for lobster season. Although I'd LOVE to be able to snowboard too. I guess everywhere has its perks!

I just sold my 65 black on black C code mustang with 72k original miles. The car was in perfect condition and everything worked from the AM radio to the AC. It was in perfect factory condition, everything original. I never even changed to an electric ignition, I used points.

I sold it to help pay for a ring.

My stang does not have AC, but it does have a working AM radio... I also installed a modern deck and 6x9s without drilling a single hole in the car...its so cool.


Grats to paying for a ring though, hats off to ya man. Someday.
