Battling ICH, confirm?

Ok, I've been battling Ich and working on some issues with my QT process. The Powder Blue I think is displaying symptoms of Ich, but I wanted to confirm before I begin treatment. What has me really questioning is the Kole has developed something that doesn't look like Ich to me, so I wanted to make sure I'm heading down the right path. The Kole has a white patch on his skin at the top. Not sure what that is? Pics below...Thoughts?

Please describe the behavior of all fish as well as the appearance. Pictures don't do it for me until after cataract surgery.

Thanks guys. That's what I thought on the PBT. Still not sure about the Kole? The spot disappeared this morning? Not sure how it could change so fast. I want to make sure that I don't have more than just Ich.

QT is ready, so I will start catching them soon and moving them over.
