Beanie overflow plumbing

Hello all been gone for a while, moved and in setting tank back up I had it drilled. Can anyone see a issue with using 45s to get the water back into sump especially at the sump where I have dry fitted a total of 4 45s to make that turn.

It is what it is...
A straight shot is "better" but you can certainly do what you did there..and the bean should be ok with it..
I had a straight down shot then a 90 and 2 ft of horizontal then 90 again into the water and it worked just fine..

Ok thanks for the reply, from your view do you see a better way to run it there is a brace in the middle of the stand which is causing me to need to turn before going under the stand into sump

I agree that it should be fine. Please use a gate valve on the syphon, and no valves on the emergency. (maybe the other line I'm seeing is on a return)

Hard to see the "full picture" there but I think you will be fine..

Now remember the outlets of those pipes must be submerged 1/2" or so under the water level in the sump... Too much and it won't "purge" air properly..

and yes.. valve the full siphon channel only... (well you can do all 3 but really no point other than some maintenance..if that)
