hah that is the fun part for me keeping them close, i hate looking at bare patches on the rock work in my tank
i wanted to go with a minimal amount of rockwork, i love having open space and room for corals to be placed and have room for themselves to grow, the rock you see is still around 150lbs, the tank is 3 feet deep and because of this the rock in the back is piled up a little and hides a decent amount of it
eventually i will have moved and rearranged most of the corals 3-4 times, i moved them as they grow, things grow faster and i move them into a spot with more room for growth so on and so on
it takes about 2-3 months before any of my corals incrust or touch, so i leave them alone for that time, when they touch is when i start moving them, the goal for me and my tank is to have as much coral and color in a given space as i can thus creating a full effect without having much rock
the front left of the tank isn't lit yet as well, so once i get bulbs over that section i will be arranging the rock work again on that side
new pics will be up in a week or so been busy
