Been out of the hobby for a while now... just checked on this forum as wifey reminded me to get rid of my reefing stuff. Noticed while checking active threads nothing but for sale threads... what happened to coral discussion threads or Tanks Equipment threads that I used to see here? Looks like FleaBay now :lolspin:

Just an observation and not meant to ruffle anyone feathers.:facepalm:

LMAO nah, I'm good. I fine with 2 bearded dragons that don't need too much. Can go long vacations now without worries. I thought ROAB kinda came back a little, maybe I was wrong.

I'll just live reefing through ya'll. My wallet also thanks me for that decision.

Yup, times have changed. This subforum has been similar to Craigslist for a long time though. Not that I necessarily mind, there's still community stuff on various club forums (not owned by RC) and having a subforum of locals selling stuff is a lot easier than going to the for sale subforums here where they literally can be all over the country.

ROAB is into planted tanks these days. I try and get him back into reefs every couple weeks but apparently planted tanks are way too easy to ever consider the headaches associated with a reef lol

This sub forum used to be the spot. Went from a hobbiest crowd to more of a swap meat crowd. Every now and again you run across a good one. Entire bay area is different.

Yea, BAR and R2R for most info. Quite a few FB groups now too.

Yea, tank automation is really good now, and even getting better in the near future. But yea, still hurts your wallet haha

I'm dropping by also. When I was getting out it was like Fleabay also! BAR was mostly for talking about coral and fish.
