Without the di. Is this bad? It was the green cap from Walmart. I didn't realize the difference.

It's probably not as pure as RO/DI, but it can still work. Being that there's plenty of hobbyists out there that use tap water for their reef tanks without any problems, using RO water is definitely a step in the right direction. GL.
