beeping sound

I heard a beeping sound comming from my 6100's controller-power box (can't think of the name right now) last night. I unplugged them fearing something was going wrong. Any ideas?

Yes, the drive unit- prop and magnet assembly is dirty or stuck. Take it apart for cleaning and use vinegar and water to remove any calcium deposits.
