Before and After 70g pics

Just wanted to show the progess I have made with my 70g tank lately since I installed the LED lights from Nevada that people said would not work. They make the tank pink instead of red. This is not photoshoped. Going to go buy more fish and coral today (haven't in 3 months, yay!) and was wondering what corals I should try and fish. I have a blue tang, kole tang, black clownfish pair, and a royal gramma. Wanted to get a yellow watchmen goby and something else cool. Any suggestions/ comments?

Just wish I could have the arch without that odd brick like rock in the middle (looks like something else to my guests...) under the arch. I went to a store in NY where I bought fish today and was greatly disapointed. It was a diseased war zone. Dead coral and starving fish everywhere. Makes me sick.... Could go to house of fins of westport, but they are just so expensive. Anywhere close to Darien to get good fish and coral for a reasonable price?

The "brick" rock in the middle wont make a difference once you got a nice coral on it, maybe some zoas or something...

Yea. All in due time. Just need to find where to buy from. I ordered from the interenet once, and Dr fosters and smith gave me hell when I recieved a wet box on my doorstep full of dead coral. Got my money back after several calls and hours wasted later... Want to try again, but parents are against it and won't change their minds...

really? Liveaquaria gave you a hard time? From what I've heard they have GREAT customer service. I basically buy EVERYTHING online.. livestock and equipment

More pics after new coral order. Can't get a good picof purple digi and some other new corals, but trying to improve photography skills with digital from an earlier post. Any suggestions to get better pics? Also, needsome identification. All pictures are not photoshoped, my LEDs make the tank red. You get used to it and I kind of like it now.

Needto identify: a couple types of mushrooms that glow green under my LEDs with out the whit flourescants (really cool, will try to get pics), and a type of mussle that has a greenish shell. This rock is really nice and came for free from HOF whe nI bough my anenome (which is now on the other side of the tank)

I love my b&w clown fish and anenome. Only one hosts while other hangs around the tank.

What is this? It came on my rock and has grown several new heads. It is white and I can't seem to get a good picture of it now matter how many pics I take. About triplethe size since my tank started. Has some type of polyp extention like a type of LPS coral.

Can't get a good pick of my 4 digi frags and small green slimer. Always blurry. Any suggestions on how to photograph them well. My camera is a 9mp kodak digital. Also, any ideasof future fish or coral I should try? I want to get a nice piece of SPS, but have ony had SPS for two weeks. Testing first before i get more, but my light seem like they can keep them alive. My lights are 800 10mm LEDs from Nevada from a company called Solar Oasis. No heat and an interesting red color I have learned to love. If you read my forum with me talking to engineer when they said they won't work, well THEY ARE WORKING GREAT! :)

Last few pics aren't good quality for some reason. They don't match what I see on my desktop as far as quality and seem a little washed out...

also, being more specific on my lights, they are the 4-ABP5 Aqua Bars by SolarOasis. Each ABP5 uses 9 Watts, and emits a blend of over 80 different wavelengths (colors) using SolarOasis advanced 5mm LEDs. I have 4 bars of 190 LED fixtures, giving a total of 760 bulbs. So far all the coral I have gotten has survived under them. I have a white T-8 bulb making the tank bright, as they look like deep red moonlights without it and with the T-8, I have 36 total watts of LEDS and 20 watts of T-8. 56 watts to light a 70g tank is almost half as much power that I have in T-5's over my 22 gallon Cadlights tank! The Growth under them is great so far!

The corals look less pink than tehy do in the picture on real life and I can shut off the LEDs and they look normal. The pink gives the tank an interesting glow. Everything is clearly seen with the pink lights on, just looks weird on camera.

ohhhh, sorry. When I looked up FTS in google it meant something I can't type on the forum.... was really confused at first... That makes A LOT more sense, lol :)
