Just came across pictures of my tank from 6 months ago when i put corals in from a friends tank that passed. Was really surprised by how much the corals have grown since then.
Thank you, rocks took some time to get interesting. I try really hard to get a lot of caves.
Yep, blue linkia star alive and well. Been over a year now in the tank. Moves around like crazy.
Nice growth! You just gave me an idea, I'm going to take a picture every two weeks of my tank to document its growth. Sometimes when we look at the tank every day we don't notice the growth that happens.
Its fun to watch him eat. Couple cubes of mysis at a time whenever I feed him. He has learned to be faster because my Sailfin Tang knows there is food in his mouth and will take it out.
i work a dangerous job and often wonder what would become of my tank if something happened to me. when i think of how much happiness this hobby brings me i'd say you are doing your late friend an enormous honor by keeping his passion alive and well.
He was the reason i switched the tank from fresh to salt many years ago. Just was fortunate i had recently been getting pieces for the tank so I could do corals. Made dropping his coral much easier.
Bubble when i got it in August was about 4" diameter. Has grown into a 11" dia monster. Has three little babies on the side about the size of my pinkie.
