Before I remove

Think I've found my 1st bad hitchhiker but would like input before I remove. I think it's aiptasia, just not sure as I've never dealt with it before. Current position is at a base on a rock in a shadowy area, used a flashlight to take the pic.

Can't make out a thing in the pic. but if it's brownish, got tentacles that expand larger than its base and vanishes when you come near it, yep, aiptasia.

No 10 day wait, my kind of eviction...... Lol

Whosurcaddie - don't have any kalk paste on hand, was going to boil water and hit with a syringe, will order if this doesn't work.

Thanks ya'll

I've got a lot of this in my tank too. A whole rock with tiny babies on it. And one even growing on the back wall. I don't have a syringe handy. Any other methods?

No peppermints, went with skunk cleaners with the idea of them not being a meal hopefully to my chainlink eel. Only 1 I see, so I'm not overrun.

Positive I did find a small snail in my sump.

Vinegar? Seems like you can do a lot with vinegar in this hobby...

Run over to sandy's and grab some KALK POWER. I have not found pickling lime in the stores yet.. But it will be soon.
Just make a little paste out of it and cover it up. Dosing it with hot water and syringe will only **** it and next week there will be 10.....

You cant live far from sandy,s as its kinda in the middle of the City...

Whats on your rock isn't aiptasia looks like clove polyps to me. That back glass is definitely aiptasia. Don't scrape it off. Your drug store will have a syringe, you want the ones they give to diabetics, its a small needle.

What the first pic looks like to me. Clove Polyps.
