Beginner coral

jsut got my lights, my tank is settled and stable it is about 6 months old now, and i finally got lights (tek T5 sunlight hood, 4 bulb 54 watts each. It is a 55g normal tank, what is a good beginner coral??

Mushrooms are hard to kill. I have a 27 that gets a water change about once every 3 months or so, has 5-7 degree temperature swings and old lighting. Mushrooms grow like crazy in that tank. I actually think they help my water quality by sucking out nitrates and phosphates.
