Beginner/Forgiving SPS?

Hey everybody, I have a 20 gallon nano with a 24" 48W T5 fixture. Recently I've been interested in SPS and I'm wondering what are some good beginner types? It will probably be a few more months of research before I buy anything, but I still want to get a sense of some good ones to start off with.

Thanks,
Hannah

For me, a beginner of 8 months, a few Seriatopora has been the easiest by far. I think it is guttatus our caliendrium I have. Also known as green birds nest.

I have been told that Montipora digitata is fairly forgiving as well though mine didn't take off until I put it on its side :-)

That's good about the green birds nest! Someone in my area is offering me a free frag to try because it was my birthday not too long ago:D and I've heard about digi's and caps! Thanks!

Yeah I even tried twice with the birdsnest. I still have the skeletons on my mantle. :) The slimer I actually gave away before it died, now that I think about it.

Hey wait, that wasn't supposed to be funny!

Both of these are surviving for us in our softy tank, so they have to be pretty hardy LOL.
