give it a couple weeks for it to get used to your DT water. then try feed a small mysis. it'll help them grow color back faster

I feed my fish next to the gig so the food ends up feeding the nem too.

If you want to feed Gigantea you can just feed it pieces of fish or shrimp. They do eat larger prey
Your anemone, just divided I would hold of feeding it for several weeks. We really not sure when the internal organs healed up again. I would feed them start out with several cube that is about 1/4 inch side. One or two at first. If he tolerate that OK then increase to 4-6 pieces at a time. Every 3rd day would be the most frequent I feed them.
