Beginners luck?

My 40B is two months old with two clowns, diamond goby, cleaner shrimp, few crabs and few snails. I'm getting ready to add corals so I just set up my ATO to start dosing Kalk. Adjusting Mg, Ca, and Alk right now. When I did my weekly gamut of testing I have 0,0,0 for ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate. There is zero algae in the tank and I just got over my second diatom bloom (added rubble to refugium). Skimmer is working great and chaeto has grown from grape size to softball size in no time. My question is, should I feed more? I'm looking to start with LPS and maybe some softies but I've read they like a trace nitrate level.

Thanks!
