Will scat eat any corals?
Sure, if it doesn't starve to death first! I drop in shelled clams, live blackworms and u see it excited (the smell I guess) but it's too dumb to realize that the food is in front of it's face! I'm on day 3 nowCan I borrow your copperband after the work is done
Bobs tropical sells scats but u will need to convert them to saltwater first. They're like 5 dollars. Cheap but an ugly fishWill scat eat any corals?

I have Berghia but I am looking for rock with aptisa so I can feed my Berghia and have more babies, so if anyone has some rock that is covered and without coral let me know.
I purchased a CBB not long ago, didn't make it. Never had much luck! Any other animal I get, Klein's, or filefish, does job but eats coral eventually. I've really stepped up recently and every weekend, turn off everything, and nuke with Aiptasia X, and/or F Aiptasia. They both really do work. I just make sure I leave zero flow in the tank, or very little for 40 minutes. If you worry about the lack of oxygen, drop in an air stone. I've also bought some extended syringe needles from amazon, so I can reach everywhere. Came with a large syringe as well so you don't need to constantly refill. Also bought the large bottle of Aiptasia X to make it more economical. I've noticed a huge difference lately. Just have to be consistent. I wish I could find the perfect fish to control it, but I don't think they exist. Have tried berghias as well, but be careful if you have wrasses. Expensive food.
I am having a slight breakthrough with the Peppermint Shrimp I purchased at Ellis Aquatics in Compton... I bought 5 shrimp for my tank, so far the population of my pests have gone down. I also has berghia in my sump to start working there before the display.......
I heard Scat fish are the way to go. Tong's has them in all their frag tanks now and the results speak for itself.
Happened to me too! The RFA would disappear overnight without a trace. I've also had them nibble polyps off digis and birdsnests. I think 80% of the time they do a great job and are reef safe. Then u have some that go rogue hahaI've had good luck with peppermints in my SPS/LPS tank but when I put them in my RFA tank, the peppermints started eating my RFAs.
