best all included nano tank

I have a buddy at work that wants a tank 40 gallon or less that is all inclusive. What is the best one with the best mods if price is not an issue? He is an attorney =)

Oh he will be like most of us when we started, only with fish and then move to corals. So he will need MH lights....maybe LED! This could be a good experiment for me.

Hard to argue with Elos. Hang one of those beautiful Giesemann aluminum MH fixtures over it. Push water around with the right size Vortech. Sump hidden underneath with Jager heater(s), protein skimmer (I like EuroReef) and Eheim return pump.
