Best all one one tank

Hello everyone looking to start my first saltwater tank in January. Was think the best bang for my buck will come from buying a all in one tank. I have been looking at tank sizes from 30 to 50 gallons.

Just curious what yall would recommend as far as brands such as Coarlife, JBJ, Nuvo fusion, and any other brands that might be out there.

Any insight to any of these tanks would be much appreciated.

40 gallon breeder, and don't do all-in-one because it limits your choices on equipment and forces you into subpar equipment. If you insist on a all-in-one, just buy one on craigslist locally for a good deal, and prepare to spend the rest of the money on aftermark equipment to make it the tank you really want (lighting, flow, etc.).

focus on lighting solutions for what you get...its the most expensive purchase so far.
Contrary to popular beliefs, size does matter....get the size you need and plan accordingly

I have the older I'm micro 30 I love it. But...

If I had money to buy a all in one brand new I would get a tank and set up a sump and the whole nine yards.
Get the best all in one u can on cl, if u got money to blow build a tank instead of spending it it on all in one. Just my op
Light is the most expensive part if you want the best one. Everything else is optional kinda.

Not true, if you make it yourself, very easy to do...

More than enough room, even if I were to choose to add a filter sock..

If the colors look off in the pics, its cause I am colorblind and you are not..

That's exactly what I was recommending, though I'll be the first to admit that sometimes my grammar gets messy and could have been misinterpreted.

I was suggesting: "don't do all-in-one because it limits your choices on equipment and forces you into subpar equipment." as in an all-in-one biocube/nanocube/innovative marine/cadlights system.

Sorry for my imprecision or confusion I may have caused.

Just my 2 cents, I ended up getting the Red Sea Reefer 170 after doing a bunch of research on what would be "best" for my situation...

I bought an all in one system from my LFS as an impulse buy for $150, came with a 28gal acrylic cube tank, stand, led light, pump, some bio balls, and heater.

It sat in my house for a few months and then when it came time to figure out what direction I wanted to go with the tank, I ended up taking a hammer and smashing out the AIO Wall and drilling the tank to plumb in a DIY 10 gallon sump that could house a real size skimmer and a refugium.

I went with the IM20, I haven't bought the tank yet but am pretty sure I'm sticking with it. The only other option would be the red sea reefer nano or I suppose a red sea max nano.

I like the footprint of the IM20 better than the red sea reefer, longer I think looks better. Just my opinion. Also, my new apartment allows for up to 10 gallon tanks. SOOO the way I see it an IM20 has pretty close to 10g water volume after everything is said and done so that swayed me in that direction. I'm putting an xr30w pro g4 on it with an apex 2016 so I can upgrade down the road.
