Best anemone for clown fish

I would like one or two good anemone suggestions clowns. I would prefer something that is less likely to sting me if possible but also an easier anemone to take care of (if there is such a thing). They will have one clown fish pair to be with. Anyhow. Thanks in advance for the suggestions.

Clownfish = Amphiprion percula
Natural host anemones:
Stichodactyla gigantea
Heteractis magnifica
Some will also accept Heteractis crispa.

False Clownfish = Amphiprion ocellaris
Natural host anemones:
All of the above mentioned, plus Stichodactyla mertensi.

Oh yes, there is also the universally ideal "anemone" for all anemonefish.
It's hardy, won't sting anything, and doesn't move around.
What is it?

I have a clarkii who is very anemone driven. he falls in love with anything that has tentacles (much to the dismay of my gonipora). Anyhow. I plan on getting him a friend but I'd like to also get a couple of anemones if possible.

Also, on lighting. Will T5s be enough? I grow my acros really well under T5s and they do great, and would like to get a t5 for the clownfish tank, but will do LED if the T5 isn't enough.

Clarkii will take any anemone, and literally I mean ANY!
