i'm going to build a mantis trap from a litre bottle. what is the best bait to use? the one i have is very reclusive. I've never even seen it. but i hear it every night. and, ive lost about $50 worth of hermits in 2 months.
Mine liked to go after Krill, never in a bottle trap but when dangled over his hiding hole. I baited him out yesterday with Krill in one end of a plastic hose and siphoned him out when he went for it. A simple strategy that took me over a month to figure out.
