Reefer Who needs Help!!!
I just have to Say Marine Depot you Rock! I had my order show up and a few bulbs were broken. That sucked but in less then 12 hours new bulbs shipped out and tracking info sent. Now that's what I call customer service. I have been a loyal buyer and will continue to Shop at MD.

Yeah their customer service is top notch but they really need to review their bulb shipping methods. If you look down a few posts you can see one regarding broken bulbs. I had one sent...broken. Its replacement....broken. It's replacement made it but I was honestly surprised as the box was crushed/damaged like the others. Stronger boxes or bulbs inside cardboard tubes inside the box maybe? Thats how BRS does it. There was no hassle on the replacement but for those ordering from further distances the inconvenience sucks.
