best dip for zoos?

what is the best precautionary dip for zoos and other softies for that matter before putting them in your tank? I need a dip that would cause any nudis or any other unwanted pests to fall off of them so i would not introduce them into the tank. A quarantine tank is not an option. thanks guys

I dip all new zoas in RO water with Furan-2.

Lugols will help. But if there is a bacteria or fungus, the lugols does not do anything. Furan-2 has been the best dip i've found. Its worked on every zoa that i've rec'd with any type of problem. But i also QT my new zoas for 4-5 weeks and do a series of 3 dips over 5 days.

I've refined my dip a bit....

1 GA RO/DI
1/2 packet of Furan-2
8 drops of Lugols
triple dose of FWE for a GA.

Dip for 5-10 minutes.... repeat once a week for 2 weeks.

That's a big difference! Also, is 1/2 packet 4 tablets?

Ive been using the Tropic Marin Pro Coral Cure. So far i like it alot. I have a frag of Tubs blues that closed up on me for a couple weeks. I dipped them for about 15 minutes and a few days later the started to open up.
On new frags, so far it has killed live mysis shrimp.

That is a big difference. Zoaid.com recommends the same dosage I use.

The pill form has the same dosage instructions, 1 pill for 10gal.

I have TMPCC for my LPS and acros. Using FW and the Furan-2 coupled with 4-5 weeks of QT kills everything that I worry about that might come in on zoos.

thanks, im about to order my furan 2. Would it be okay for me to dip the LPS and zoos in a mixture of the furan and Tropic marin pro coral cure?

I just use a simple lugols/tankwater dip.
