Best Equipments for a 180 gal reef tank

I am pallning to set up a 180 gal reef tank and would like to know what would be the best equipments to use.

1) Skimmer - what brand, model?
2) chiller - what hp?
3) return pump - submersible or external..how many GPH?
4) do I need a calcium reactor or Bionic Additives are fine?
5) Lighting - preferably PC lighting,, no MH
