Best Fish store in Pittsburgh area?

I am located in Youngstown Ohio, what is the best fish store to make the travel to for fish, coral, supplies? Youngstown does have harbor pet center but their salt water fish tanks are unreal, everything looks like it has a infection and everything looks like it has not been cleaned in months.
