Best food for LTA

What is the best food for an LTA. I know there are a lot of options but if you only fed one thing what would it be.

And yes I mean other than good lighting and good water quality.

The only thing I feed my LTA(18" accross)is Mysis shrimp.

I would say fresh table shrimp, but I also recommend variety.

Ate the Mysis like a champ. Going to try some pieces of cut up shrimp or scallop next weekend depending on which I can find fresh.

The best diet is always a variety. I personally do not have the time to make a fresh fishy blend. So I have been feeding Ocean Nutrition's Primereef to my Heteractis crispa, a couple times a week, for over a year now and it has grown consistently.
