I recently bought two small perculas. I have had a little trouble getting them to eat. they are boh about an inch and a half. What would be the best food to feed them? I normally use frozen mysis, Prime Reef flake food, and Ora Glo pellets. Can any one help?

Rod's Food would be first choice, or if you can't find that, maybe try frozen cyclopeeze soaked in Selcon to get them started. Could also try soaking what you have in a garlic extract to see if that entices them.

Live Baby or Adult brineshrimp is your best bet to get them feeding,, then try dry/prepared foods.

How recent was "recently"? Clowns can sometimes take 2 or 3 days to start eating. You can always try live brine, thats pretty hard for any fish to resist. Also frozen cyclopeeze is a great food for clowns. Or like PSam sugested you can soak some mysis in garlic extract, that can stimulate feeding. These should all be pretty easy to get a hold of, good luck.

Frozen Cyclopeeze worked with my pair...they wouldn't go for much else for the first couple weeks after I brought them home.
