Best food source snail crab

I need to maintain a bunch of nassaus and blue legs for a few weeks.

What is an easy food source to put in the tank?

Hermit Crabs-Algae or any meaty foods like mysid or silversides. They mostly depend on algea. I have alot of live rock in my tank that has barely any algae, and they still live.

Nasa Snails-Meaty foods like silversides or dead things.
