best k temp

what is the best K temp for super growth and respectable color MH bulb wise?


currently i think i am using 175 HQI 20,000k (but who the hell knows.. its from aquatraders?)

i have heard a lot of good things abotu 10,000k what 150 HQI 10,000k bulb is good?

or should i just use the aquatraders bulbs and change them every 6 months??

10k is for growth

some are white and some are yellow in color


at 150w and a 20k (the growth will be very slow---very low par))(you even get slow growth with 250w 20k)

14k and change every 15-20 months. phoenix is very similar to the color that you have now
