Best LFS in Tampa Bay Area

I have mostly had my tank setup in the Ft. Myers area and now I that I am home for the summer in New Port RIchey I was wondering what the best LFS would be to go to around here. I'm looking for good quality corals at a reasonable price. THanks

FAOIS in oldsmar IMO is the best in the area.

for sure they are great, a bit small but very high qulaity.

if you want a larger store with a lot of stuff then marine wharehouse on hillsborogh in tampa.

lots of tanks, pumps, other hardware that FAOIS does not have room for.

I like Marine wharehouse Has a great selection of corals I have not purchased any fish from them yet.

Holiday Aquarium just north of tarpon springs on US 19 is great to great quality. I have never lost a fish that I have purchased from holiday.

100% The Truth. I moved down here just under a year ago and of all of the stores I have visited it is my favorite. I still tell the reefers up in Michigan about the place.. I think a little at ad nauseum but screw it! Its a gem of a store!

Agree definitely...we have gone to the ones mentioned above and even others. They are honest and upfront and will tell you whether or not you should buy something rather than just sell you what you want. I appreciate their honesty even if it means I have to wait to get something !!! welcome to NPR, I'm from TS

I just went to FAOIS to see what It was like I also went back to marine warehouse. Both are great. Marine warehouse seemed to have better prices. as I said I was just there so I was comparing apples to apples.

But both were 2 thumbs up stores!!!

If you turn on 580 (Washington ave) then you just take the first right onto Commerece Blvd.

Fairfield St is NOT connected to Tampa Rd/W. Hillsborough Ave.
