Best light and flow conditions for Millepora polyp extension

I was wondering if a couple people could share with me their ideal conditions for getting the best polyp extension out of there Mille frags. I have had a few frag's that I just can't get to show their shaggy polyps. I also don't want to move them around more than I need to. What works best for you?

What kind of fish do you have in your tank? Often times if you can't get any polyps out of your corals it is because of a nipper that is bothering them. My millies look pretty forlorn in my tank with no polyps out during the day, but that is because I have a couple dwarf angels that I suspect of bothering them. If you have angels, that is a likely cause.

A good way to tell is to take a look at your corals at night after the lights go out. Mine are shaggy as all get out when it is dark, but as soon as the lights come on and the fish are up, they retract.

No Angels, the polyps are extending, just not the bold shaggy polyps I see in some other pieces
