Best light combination

Whats the best light combo for my 55g reef? I currently have an 8 light VHO fixture, which the lights need to be changed out. The total wattage I have now is around 400.

8 VHO's over a 55 do they even fit width ways? Everyone has personal preference on lighting combos. I like the more blue look. When i had my 4 bulb setup i had: 2 attinic and 2 50/50 and really liked the look.
