best light for fuge?

What would be the best lighting to grow cheato? I have an old florecent fixture that I had on my fresh water tank. Could I just get a new bulb for that or would I be better off with a clip on flood light?

I use a daylight curly q from home depot. Its a 6500k bulb. Chaeto grows like crazy
