best lighting for color

best lights for color pop using t-5 lighting ? or metals combo. what color lights do you have up when shooting ?

When I take pictures of my tank I have the normal lights on. I have T5 with 3 actinic 1 6500k and 2 10000k. I don't necessarily go for color pop, but more true to life appearance.
