best lighting to make corals pop?

i have blue actnics as my moonlights. what are some other colors i can get to make my colors pop?

Even with all the new technology that I've tried (LED, Halides, T5, VHO, PC), my favorite for making corals pop is still VHO's.

oh, well i have LEDs. with two blue stunner strips (that stay on the whole time).

i have LPS and softies. Is there another color stunner strip that might make them pop more?

I really want them to pop when the main lights go out. and only the stunners are on. just wondering if i should look into another color stunner besides the blues.

To get the most "pop" you need to get your lighting spectrum as close to UV as possible without actually going UV. I believe the 403nm stunner strips would be your best bet.

i know that the stunner strips that they have are ecoxotic panarama. besides blue, they offer purple and green. not sure if they offer anything else. do u think any of these colors would help it "glow" better?

The one that will give you the most pop is the purple one.

ha, FAKE colors is kinda what i want! u know, when u see online how corals look all great in pics. but then u get it, and u don't see the color. well, i want to see those colors! i want my rainbow brain, to really look rainbow!

Then I'd say go for LEDs and over saturate the Blues. I personally like a more bluer look for the same reason.

so i have two BLUE stunner strips. are u suggesting that i get like two more BLUE stunner strips? or go with a purple one?

sorry if i keep repeating myself. just wanna make a decision and stick with it. they aren't cheap.

Not too familiar with stunner strips but the more you can "drown" out the white light from your lights, the more pop you will have.

Purple will highlight some of the reds.
Green is not something I've tried.

Is your entire tank lit by Stunner strips? Do you have any T5 supplementation? The reason I ask, is because there are bulbs out on the market that are much better than others. I personally run ATI t5 bulbs. I had some bulbs from other manufactures that made the tank too yellowish/white which did nothing for me. You'll probably hear a bunch of opinions, but it ultimately comes down to personal preference.

i guess another question is are some of these colors that u see in pics even achievable with different lights? or are they just from ALTERED pics?
