Best lights for a 10g on a BUDGET(contest)???

We are having a contest for best DIY nano. We can only spend $200.00.
$200 includes:
(Tank, Fuge, Pumps, Rock, Sand, and Livestock --all covered spent $95.00) Just need LIGHT!!!! For $105 or less

My tank is 18 inches long by 11and 12 inches deep.
Anyone have lighting to sell or suggest????
