Best lights for a FOWLR?

So I'm looking into getting lights for my current 75 gallon, it would be preferable if the lights could then be reused on a 125 that I'll be upgrading to in a year. So basically I'm just looking for lights that will really help to show off my planned fishes colours. I don't want to break the bank either haha

Originally I was just looking at two 28W T8 bulbs, one 10,000k and one Actinic. I then read that they tend to lose a lot of brightness in the first month or so and thats why they aren't very common. So I've been playing around with the idea of T5s but I don't know how many I would need, or what ones to pick. I was thinking of going with ATI as I've heard a lot of good stuff from them and they have a pretty good variety of "coloured" bulbs.

I've read VHO's are good as well but really don't know much about them.

I'm really not planning on growing too much as far as corals go, if anything it will just be some Zoas and Macro Algae to try and remove Nitrates.

Would I just be 'wasting' my money by investing into T5s or VHOs at the moment? Would two T8s work fine? I could always add a third one that if that would make a difference? Options for the third would consist of 10,000K, Actinic, or 50/50. I really don't know what would help to pop and what wouldn't.

If possible I'd also like it if the tank didn't have blue hue to it during the day.

Also fish list will consist of:

Aussie Harlequin Tusk
Papuan Toby Puffer
Dash and Dot Goatfish
Cuban Hogfish
Longnose Hawkfish
Various little Damsels for additional movement and as a mock CUC.

Only two fish from that list will be in the 75, the rest will be added when the 125 is ready. Just wanted to give you the entire list to show you what colours I'm trying to enhance, if it makes a difference or helps at all :spin1:
