i think caulerpa works better, but you do run the risk of it going sexual (its happened once in 16 months in 1 of my 3 systems.)
i use a mix of cheato and caulerpa

It releases all the bad nutrients it absorbed from your tank, back into your tank. Not Good.

yes, it is the best for absorb your exceeded CO2 in your Ca Reacktor and provide the food for "PODs".
I use the SPAGGETY look like, or in my country called PLASTIC ALGA. becouse it's TRANSPARANT.
