best mode for SINGLE MP40

i know this is gonna start something but i have one mp40wes on my 75
48''x18''x20''

id like to know what the best mode for sps with a single mp40 would be
i've had this thing on ntm for 6 months or more but it doesn't seem
to do what i want (waybe too strong of flow)

but when i switch to another mode it seems not strong enough

so any advise or help would be nice at this point

Most people seem to be running them in reef crest mode.

I have a 55 gallon tank. I run reef crest mode the majority of the time, and after feedings, I turn it to nutrient mode.

As for the speed of the pump, IMO it depends on your rockwork, and whether or not you have dead spots at the other end of the tank opposite the mp40. If so, just keep adding some speed till you get some more flow.

I feel ya man, I have the same issue. I like NTM but when it flushes it blows sand everywhere but reefcrest is too week. Lagoon is the best but it doesnt vary enough. Id love it if reefcrest would set the low speed up a bit and if itd pulse occasionally. Cant believe they havent made that type mode yet. Like NTM and reefcrest in one mode.
