Best Photo Watermarking Software?

Looking for watermarking software for both the Mac and Windows (preferably free). Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Most folks use Photoshop.

If you're looking for free, check out Gimp.

I don't have Photoshop yet, because I'm not really experienced enough to justify spending the money on it. Just using Capture NX 2.

Check out gimpshop. It's gimp, made to look like photoshop. You can use PS plugins too.
