Best Pump for a AquaC EV120

Whit is the best pump for the AquaC EV120 i no the Mag-Drive 5
is the recommended pump for them. But i was wondering if
maybe a Mag-Drive 7 will be even a better pump for it ?

i had a mag 3 with mine and it ran pretty good

That's awesome, I have an AquaC EV-120. I split a Pan World 50PX-x - one side goes to the aquac and the other side goes into the tank and drains back down to the sump. That way I can throttle the flow to get the most out of the skimmer and at the same time not waste any of the pumps power.

But i hope someone hear has tried it with just the larger pump
wont to get the most out of it. Later ill move a larger skimmer over to it from another tank.

If you go to the "AquaC Club" thread, you will get the same recomendation. It just seems to be the best choice. Quiet, energy efficeint, reliable, and performs well with the head pressure added by the injector.

little more one time thin spend just a little less 2 times lol
