Best sand sifter for a 25?

What would be a good sand sifter for a 25g? I already have some Nassarius and Cerith snails but they don't do the job. I don't want to get a tiger conch because of it size.

none. your tank isn't large enough to have one.

This.

Sand Sifters like diamond gobies even have trouble in 200+ gallon tanks.

If you just want the sand sifting behavior, get a yellow watchman goby, it's not their main source of food, but they do sift every so often. Mine has built a large mound of sand for him to lounge upon. I like to refer to it as his throne :)

Not really a sand sifter but it will take mouthful's of sand and filter them out in it's mouth is the Hector's Goby. I highly recommend them, I had one that after almost two years I believe died of old age as it was mature when I got it. Sifts like this all day and will eat other foods. Mine loved NLS pellets and that was all he would eat. I also feed frozen mysis and a frozen mix and he wouldn't touch them much at all, but would stuff himself on the NLS pellets.

I do agree with the others most of the sand sifters will destroy your tank, and it's just not big enough for them.

Id consider a pistol shrimp goby pair. You get the interest of the symbiotic behaviour and the pistol is excellent at turning over sand. A bellus pistol will move more than a randals but choose a suitable species for the goby you would like. I like yellow watchman and bellus, or wheelers and randals.
