Best setting for a 46 bow w/MP40w

I just ordered my first MP4w and was wondering what would be the best setting for a old 46 bow penninsula with pre-filter box (hopefully upgrading soon). I have been running a Tunze 6045 for about a year now and just had to make some waves but do not want the overflow to "overflow".

Did alot of research about your products on RC and just had to go USA! I just can't wait for the delivery

Congrats on your purchase! I think you will be very happy with your pump mounted on the left or right side of your tank about 4" from the top surface.

I'd try out short pulse mode to make a wave or reefcrest mode for random circulation.

Thanks Tim for your response. I really cannot wait to install my MP40w. I see alot of users running it on Pulse mode but ReefCrest sounds so very cool that I think I will try that one first.

I hope I have no issues as have been reported in this forum. But I see that most users will post issues but I for one would like to be one of those users that will be posting how incredible this pump is and how easy it was to setup and it just runs with no issue whatsoever.

This forum also serves as a customer support forum. Most users actually post no news about their pump at all. They get it, use it, and that's that. Occasionally people have issues and typically this is the number one spot for them to come.

The point anyway is that if you check out any sponsor's forums you'll see plenty of posts about broken product. That's just the way it is with a publicly viewable support structure and shouldn't be viewed as a negative.

Don't get me wrong. I think I'm going to truely love your product. Every company loves to hear the good with the bad and I am hoping to be one more of the Success Stories that nobody writes about. Still think you have the best product on the market right now and purchased it with confidence.
