Do you use the white lines around the dials to as a guide.Also,in night mode,do both lights on the controller switch on and off or does just one light stay on.Thanks
In night mode, pulsing stops, speed 2 is where the pumps will stay, the settings got beyond the white lines, those are just general indicators, full counter clockwise is 30%, full clockwise is 100%.

Thank's for your response,on the right hand side of the controller,below the feed mode button,there's a timer with a plus and minus button.Are these for only controlling a wavebox or these can also be used to control the streams.Thanks again.
That is how you set the number of seconds between pulses, it is covered in the manual. A very short pulse turns to wavebox mode, a longer pulse is pulse mode.

You push the + or 1 button to increase or decrease the delay between pulses, .3-2 seconds is wavebox mode and 2-7 seconds is pulse mode. No stop watch required you just change it to get the effect you want.
