as far as shops go its going to be hard to beat Eric's (FragFamers, AKA Central Aquarium) in Montclaire for sps corals and or frags. Its best to find a local reefer/s. My current tanks just starting out so I don't have a lot to offer. When things were slower and there were not so many sps reefers in So Cal (years ago) I gave away tons of frags from my old system. I'm not into selling frags, tradings cool but I never charged money for frags. it just didn't seem right.

Right on Mike, Don't know why I didn't mention Tony.... 60% of the stuff I have in my tank is from him. Not only is he a great guy but he has some of the nicest corals in town. I'm still trying to get a few "hands off" frags from him. Seems like everytime we meet up he forgets to throw those frags in the cooler:lol:

Not most are generous, only some.
I will not mention names that are cheap sellers but I will mentioned good ones like steve garret, tony badbone, f-18, and sharkdude. These guys are very generous and I had the pleasure of dealing with them.
The exception is f-18, I am brown nosing because I need some free frags. from him otherwise he is only an OK seller:lol:

Have about Hugo aka SniperSPS. After his electric bill from his store last month, I am pretty sure he wants (needs) to sell some corals off.
I also second the GCarrol and Garret. Almost everything in my tank is from those two guys, and I have one piece left of the starter corals the SharkDude gave me.

I'll have a lot at reef a palooza...Big stuff too. I have a rare fire red with lavender millepora cluster that is ready to frag. Probly only take one of those.
Lots of blues, yellows, greens.... Maybe some tricolors, some tenuis.. A yellow with rose tips...
My oregon tort is growing like mad... But I am afraid to cut it..
Sometimes the corals don't respond too well to fragging, and they complain.... My blue turaki started stning after I fragged it...
So I'll wait till it gets bigger.
Any other vendor ever experience this?
