Roger,
I have a 300G (8' X 2.5' X 2') tank that currently has 2 - Tunze 6200's in it. I have the 795 mulitcontoller.
I am considering adding some more Tunze's to increase flow.
My current setup has one tunze on each end of the tank, next to the overflow. The Tunze's are diagonally across from each other.
My concern is that when the 6200's are at 100%, they are two strong. Corals can't be too close to them or they can get damaged.
I was wondering what you think the perfect combination of Tunze's would be in a tank of this dimension?
I also wanted to know if you have any guidelines as to how close corals can be mounted to these powerheads?
FWIW, this tank is needs to be high flow for SPS corals. I have a couple of LPS, but SPS are my love.
Thanks!
Louey
