Best vitamin supplement for reef fish

I have read that people use both of those together. I'm seeing Selcon is more HUFAs. With vita Chem providing more vitamins.

Maybe take a look at Selcon Boost. It's a newer product with a higher vitamin content level than regular Selcon.

I had been using regular Selcon for about 8 months, but started using the Selcon Boost for the last 4 months (very little at a time, 2 drops into food mix with each feeding) and fish are happy and healthy. To be truthful however, I see very little difference between the two in the fish's resulting health.

I use both Selcon and Vitachem. I alternate... and only a couple times a week. I also only use it with pellets... I don't really see it "soaking into" frozen foods....

What is the proper way to use vita Chem.

I have been putting my cubes in a shot glass full of tank water and adding a few drops to that. Then letting it thaw in the vita Chem and tank water mix

Wow very interesting read I'll have to look up the referenced research papers (what us science nerds do for fun). Looks like my next batch of frozen food won't include garlic
